Our collaboration with this client covers financing, accounting and legal management of the group.   In this particular project, we have worked on the land acquisition, bank financing and equity raising.   The construction works are expected to start by January 2024 and beyond the pre-construction pahse on which we have already intervened, we will continue assisting Belisla during the construction and handover: internal controlling and coordination with the project monitoring from the bank during the constrution, preparation and coordination of the handing over documents, preparation of horizontal division and distribution of the mortgage loan, as well as the coordination with all agents, clients, financing entities and notary for the public deed of the properties.
