Invited to the event “Garantía de éxito en las inversiones inmobiliarias”
On October 6, we had the pleasure of participating in the conference organized by the construction company Coanfi in the Veles e Vents building in the Valencia Marina. The event was titled “Guarantee of success in real estate investments” and brought together a wonderful lineup of speakers.
The day was presented and moderated by the CEO of Think Productivity Fernando Cerveró and participated the CEO of Viviendea, Sergio López, the CEO of White Investing, José Solero, the Director of Business Development, Gonzalo García-Marquina, and our partner and head of Project Management, Jesús Bayarri. All of them explained how, from their different roles and responsibilities in the value chain of a real estate project, they try to provide certainty and improve the probabilities of success of the projects in which they participate.
Vivare’s intervention focused on explaining our experience with project management through collaborative contracting (IPD Contracts, Integrated Project Delivery) and how this work methodology helps us enormously to solve many of the problems presented by the usual management methodology (Design , Bid, Build).
